Excellent customer service. In and out in a little over an hour with a tire patch and rotation. Best part all it cost was my time. The competition quoted close to 50 bucks and could not even service me same day.

I had a flat tire this morning. I already knew I needed to replace my rims because I couldn’t keep air in them. I did a search online and found this store. I called to confirm they had the rims I needed. Alexis answered the phone and confirmed for me they did. When I arrived I met him and he helped me figure out the rims I needed and checked if it would fit my current hub caps. Took them 30 hours to replace a tire on the rim and after they called to say it was ready, it seemed like an inconvenience to the employee when I asked if they were going to put it on my car. Said it would take them 45 minutes more because they had other customers in front of me! I don’t believe everyone else was there the day before. Ended up putting the tire on myself because I didn’t have time to wait any longer. Will go somewhere else next time and hope the customer service is better.
