The customer service at this particular Discount Tire is extraordinary.They repaired a tire that a local car dealer said wasn't repairable.They could have tried to just sell me a new tire but,they repaired mine..FOR FREE! ❤
Will customer service was great yesterday until I get home and hubby see's new tire that I needed to purchase due to a nail in an area where it couldn't get fixed Guy installed wrong size!!! 😠
These are the most nicest gentlemen that i have had the pleasure of doing business with..i WILL NOT EVER get my tires anywhere but here...they ate genuinely concerned about the customer and not the money..cudos to a great company and its employees

I normally don't give shout outs to businesses, but Discount Tire repaired a tire that I did not even purchase from them for free. They could have taken me for about $400 if they had wanted to. It is nice to see a company that puts the customer first. I'll be back for sure.
