The customer service at this particular Discount Tire is extraordinary. They repaired a tire that a local car dealer said wasn't repairable. They could have tried to just sell me a new tire but, they repaired mine..FOR FREE! ❤
Will customer service was great yesterday until I get home and hubby see's new tire that I needed to purchase due to a nail in an area where it couldn't get fixed Guy installed wrong size!!! 😠
These are the most nicest gentlemen that i have had the pleasure of doing business with..i WILL NOT EVER get my tires anywhere but here...they ate genuinely concerned about the customer and not the money..cudos to a great company and its employees
Always very courteous and helpful. Got my nail of of my tire and on my way quickly!
Amazing customer service very polite and professional young men
Excellent service, very friendly, and quick service
I normally don't give shout outs to businesses, but Discount Tire repaired a tire that I did not even purchase from them for free. They could have taken me for about $400 if they had wanted to. It is nice to see a company that puts the customer first. I'll be back for sure.
