OMG my hero’s. We are traveling the country in our travel trailer. The wheel cracked. They were all amazing getting us right in. We were so big we didn’t fit in their parking lot. So they brought tools to us in the next lot over. We are forever grateful
In a word: Hustle! We were there/not there. Parked in the lot across the road and these guys just did not stop. Watched them work a non-stop line if customers like a well oiled machine. Right about closing time, they got a call from a lady that just had a blowout nearby, and they took care of here too! Brought out a jack to help us, even helped mount the last tire on our trailer for us. And the whole while, never saw anyone just standing around. Like I said, HUSTLE!
Made an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins.

We were traveling from CA to SC and needed new tires but couldn’t afford to spend a lot of downtime. We pulled into Discount Tire, had Ernesto assess our situation, and he had us back on the road with FOUR new tires faster than the restaurant next door could prepare ONE sandwich!
Ernesto helped me out today! It was his first day out on the floor and he did a rockin’ job! Fantastic service, as always.
they fixed wifes flat for free even though we didn't buy the tires from them awesome place
Bought tires 4 yrs ago from a different discount tire, and they still fix the need of my tires. Wheel balancing and rotation free.... FREE. That’s the reason why I’m forever and ever be a customer of DISCOUNT TIRE. More power discount tire.
