Everyone was professional and polite.....but I drove 35 miles home with only 4 lug nuts....why would they put my life in danger?
I’ve always taken my business to Di$count Tire as I’ve purchased all my Tires from there . Yesterday I was told they could not do a Tire Rotation , due to the fact I needed new tires and have the warranty . I have had the car three years and this is the only place I’ve ever been . I feel Jeremy was professional , but there was some dishonesty , because the last two tires were replaced free of charge , but they couldn’t find the two previous ones that I Paid for $$. Not Happy , it’s now how you conduct business . 😡
Drivers rear tire had been getting low very slowly over the last few months. Brought it in to get it looked at thinking it was going to be some kind of impossible repair causing me to get a new tire. They tested it twice and found no problems. Even gave me a new cap for my valve that I lost at one of my last air-ups. All for no charge!! I was there for less than an hour with a 6 month old, which was perfect! Thanks to Travis and his team!
They do quality work at a low price, I don't buy my tires anywhere else, and their tire warranties have helped me out plenty of times.
These people are such kind, professional and dedicated employees. I have never considered going anywhere else for my tire needs. Remarkable job !! First class place
why do i keep coming back giving these POS another chance? been sitting here an hour, only need to get 1 tire checked for a nail however. watched a tow truck pull in 10 minutes ago and that car is already being serviced! These peopke are the worst ever!
I️ had a trip out of town and knew I️ had a nail in my back tire. We had two front tires that needed to be replaced, and they fixed two back tires with patches. On my trip, the tire pressure system alarm went off, and thankfully I️ was able to make it to a third party repair facility. The sensor was broken off a back tire that was just “checked”.
