This place is amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me. Either Kris or Bryan, I think...anyway he showed me unimaginable amounts of kindness on an otherwise terrible day. I cannot express how grateful I am to this establishment. Their customer service is unmatched and I was in and out in less than an hour. I will continue to go to this location no matter where I end up living. Amazing people...just amazing.
It was raining and they instructed me when I walked inside to pull inside the bay to check the tire pressure. Christopher noticed I hadn't been helped yet and took care me right away. Thank you so much!!

Scheduled an appointment to have a tire replaced. Confirmation clearly says if there is any delay in ordering the product, customer will be contacted by a store representative before your scheduled appointment. Get there and they didn't have my tire. No explanation for not calling nor any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. HATE having my time wasted! Nothing against the staff, as they were great. One guy even helped jump my battery. Just detest not following through and keeping your company's word.
