Wait time is outrageous! Just for a flat repair 3 hours.
I will not be going back. Went last Thursday to have 2 new tires installed and a rotation. (1)I was quoted a lower price than I was given when I got there. Left my car, (2)didn't get a courtesy call to advise my car was ready. Picked up my car, (3)tire light was still on, was advised that it's automatic and would turn off after 24hrs, ok that's fine. Waiting 5 minutes when see everyone but one guy working on a car is not very good service when I was just there to fill air in my tire.
Constantly took people who had been there less time than us
I normally use discount tires however after my experience today this is a joke to say the least. The literally had several people come in after me and service them 1st. When I question why I was told they had a appointment so I asked the other customer if he has a appointment since he vehicle was being service he said No, I didn't know they made appointments. I noticed I was the only women of color. Go figures.
