I never used discount tire until about 5 years ago.. I had flat on a Sunday went after work on a Monday they fixed it for free and asked where I got my tires from. I told them and they did we will price match them. So when I needed new tires I did the price match thing on line and when they called they gave me a better price on way better tires.. I was sold.
