I had a screw in my tire and a HUGE time constraint. I called and they had me in and out in less than 60 minutes. Wonderful service!
Went in there to fix a leak in my front right tire. Got talked into 2 new tires because the tread was low. No big deal. Had them rotated & Balanced. Pick up the car 90 mins later, don't even make it to schonerr on 23 mile before my steering wheel & Wheels start shaking. I was that guy. I showed up at 5:50. They close at 6. I told him I can wait till another day. I don't want to be that guy. They took care of the flat repair very quickly without any huffs and puffs, weird looks, or anything negative. Definitely a good group of folks there.
Brad GETS customer service. He spent 45 mins on a $300 job ---nobody does this anymore. WHAT AN ASSET HE IS --get him a raise!!!!
Discount Tire, Shelby Township has the best service. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. If you need repairs or new tires this is the place to go.
