I used to love this place always duteous and helpful. However they have overbooked themselves so much that they are now not paying attention to details. Had my snow tires put on and they were not installed correctly so now I have to come back. Not once because they turned me away last night. Told me they couldn’t help me.
If you have all day to spend in their lobby.... 5 hours waiting for a one tire change
This is my second experience at this location with Discount Tire. Both times I had a nail in a tire and BOTH times they fixed it and patched it at NO CHARGE to me. I was speechless. Very professional and courteous service too. Can’t say enough good things about this place �
