Good service. Friendly. Price needs work. Keep your staff the way it is.
They have had my business for 25 years. This location is very busy all the time and even with an appointment the wait can be a while, but plan for it and it's no big deal. They always take good care of me and when I have had issues (like I did this morning) they get me in right away and make it right. It angered a person that was ahead of me but I'm sure she would expect the same if it were her car.
I was told two different things about my tires. Second time I was told my tires needed to be replaced after I was told they were fine the first time. On the way home I realized STILL going to have to go back to have them rebalanced as the car pulls to the left...my steering wheel isn't even straight � truly I would give this a 2.5 star rating but that isn't allowed.
Always helpful, courteous and honest. Clean building with ample seating if you are waiting for your service to be completed.

Very long wait. 3.5 hours after being told it would be 1hr 45mins. Then they forgot to load my all year tires back in my car. I had to go back to retrieve them. Most annoying part is they have no Wi-Fi for their customers so I couldn't do work while waiting. 3.5 hrs is a long time to be away from work. Pretty much ruined my day.

Use discount tire often for tire rotation....this location damaged my 2015 sprinter 40k rotation on passenger front ( by jacking it up incorrectly) and NEVER even said a word...they got one over on me, and let me drive away but probably lost a customer....I travel and buy tires a proxy every 6 to 8 months..... Thanks for having honest employees....NOT!
