First off, I have used discount tire for all 6 of the cars in our family and for the most part it’s been an ok experience which is why this is even getting a two star. This time however, that was not the case. After making an appointment for my new tires, I arrived and waited 20 minutes just to be told they didn’t have one of the tires. (My husband verified they were in when making the appointment). So I had to come back later that day. Bought five new tires here in March 2016. They've held up well and I'm pleased. In September 2017, I picked up a screw in one tire that caused a slow leak. I brought my truck in, was greeted by an associate, and they quickly fixed the leak and rotated my tires. No charge! The entire operation took about an hour, and they brought my truck around, an associate explained what had been done, asked if I had any questions. That's excellent service right there.
