I bought four brand new tires(over $500) with a warranty (that I was talked into) and four months later two of my tires are destroyed because apparently I needed an alignment when they were put on. Which Discount Tire conveniently does not do. It was never recommended that I go and get an alignment. I will never purchase tires from here again. I will take my business to Tire Warehouse off on M-24 in Lake Orion where they would have done the alignment when the tires were put on. 0/5 stars recommendation. This place will talk ... read more

I would not recommend going to discount tire. have had many issues and will never be back.
I had my car towed there. Got 2 new front tires installed. Fair price. They were extremely busy. 2 1/2 hrs later I was pulling away. My car had a wobble going on with the new tires drives like a new 🚗. Thank you Discount Tire. You've gained me as a new customer. Happy Easter 🐰🐤
They changed the wrong tire. How.is.that.possible??
My appointment for tires was for 8:00am. I got there at 7:30am and they let me in and gave me coffee. They took my keys at 8:05am....8:25 I drove away. Best service I've had in many years. Andrew really understands customer service. AAA
