Purchased tires at the Round Lake store but got a flat around Glenview. The Palatine location honored my watranty and put on a new tire. Thank you for keeping me safe!
I happen to swing by this location on my way back to the city and I'm ecstatic I did. I was met at the door by Marco and he quickly assessed my car. He explained the wear of my tires honestly and effectively. I was quoted an hour but I was in and out in about 35 minutes with a fully repaired slow leak in one of my tires. I will travel out of the city to this location! Outstanding customer service!!
I have been going to Discount Tire for years and have had nothing but the best of service however my last visit was a little disappointing, I had an appt. scheduled for 1pm and when I showed up for my appt. I was told there would be an hour wait. It's nice that walk ins are welcomed but those who have scheduled an appt. time should come before walk ins.
