Walked in about 5 pm, Andy took good care of me. Walked out to the car, discussed my issue, went back in, went thru safety and options for tires. Done by 5:45 pm. Car was out front, keys in the ignition and on my way!! Thanks guys!! Good teamwork!
Brought our daughters mini cooper in for a slow leak on one of the tires we bought a few months back.She had a screw in tire.Service was Great but after a hour they came out and said car was ready and told me what happened.The car has high performance tires on it and those cars do not have a spare i would have liked them to tell me what the problem was instead of patching it i would have had them put a new tire on but didnt feel like waiting for them to take it all apart again.They should tell you the problem before fixing i... read more
I called first to get info and Jacob was great! I went into the store to buy tires and wheels and the salesman was also great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I've been to a Discount Tire before and the service was outstanding!!!! Thank you for your help today!
even its far from house, d customer service was fantastic, & d most is d service, Omg its d best than justtire, thats why i changed it to DISCOUNT TIRE......the best & all in all, i salute!
I've been to Discount Tire many times. This recent visit was going well until their equipment scratched the hell out of my rim. The tech attempted to hide it by quickly putting the rim in the back of my vehicle. I had to stop him so I could inspect their work, when I found the problem. The manager on duty was quick to remedy the problem by ordering a replacement rim. I am leery about them replacing the other three tires, but as long as they own up to damage they cause and make me whole then I guess it's ok.
