Wheels were supposed to be ordered from Naperville and set to arrive in 2 days. I called on day 4 and they said that the order was coming from factory and not local store. I was in a tuff spot since my original wheels were cracked and leaking air. Came in today and Spent 2 hrs waiting to get 2 wheels installed. Got home and realized they put silver weights on black wheels. Came back to the shop immediately and was told I never informed them the weight should be black. i ordered the tires on the phone and set up time to have them put on. The crew were very friendy and helpful. I was happy to see how well the crew worked together to get the job done . They explained things and did not try to twist my arm on other items. I would recomend them to anyone looking for tires.
I was just here this afternoon, and purchased a set of tires. During that time, I chatted with another customer and read a book while I waited for my car. The work was done in under an hour. I was very impressed. The price point wasn’t as steep as I imagined, but my tires were old and I didn’t want to worry. The service I received here was professional, and the technician walked me through the type of tires they were being placed on my car, warranty, etcetera. 🤔 idk.. waiting 6 hours going on 7 to change one tire. I just wouldn’t recommend this location. They use half their garages and completely lie on wait time. My suggestion is to hire more people... 😳🤯

Everything was great! I knew coming in without an appointment there would be a wait. My service writer let me know where I could grab breakfast and nice walk path for a walk. They got me in and out sooner than what was told to me. Thank you for making my vehicle safe to drive again!
