I stopped to see of they could fix a tire as they were closing. They fixed it with no issues and did a great job.
Couldn't have had a better experience! Car notified me of low tire pressure on the way to work yesterday and stopped here to get it checked out because I didn't want to get a flat tire at work in Detroit. Examined each tire and fixed and made sure there were no leaks. Also topped off the air in each tire. Did not charge me anything and was back on the road to work within 45 mins!
Excellent service they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes I did have an appointment though so I am sure that helped! But overall excellent customer service.
Always excellent service here. They scratched one of my Jeep wheels mounting a tire once, and they replaced it. No questions. Highly recommend.
We were in a rush this morning and we noticed a screw in one of our tires. Stopped at the New Hudson Discount Tire and were waited on right away by Ryan who had us on our way in less than 10 minutes. He hustled and was very nice and professional. We don't live in this area but will come here to make our next tire purchase. Thank you for making our day!
I feel compelled to compliment the entire staff at this location... We have been going to this location since we moved to Milford nearly 8 years ago and have ALWAYS been treated like we were the most important customer that walked in that day... This includes the FREE services like air check and warranties...This business philosophy has paid off in the sale of 3 complete sets of tires and a set of wheels over the years...This is a perfect example of the way ALL customer service companies should be run!
Normally I'm not one to leave reviews but just had to compliment the staff on being so pleasant and wonderful. They took the time to explain what things meant and were very helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! ☺
