The guys at this store were very helpful! I had an experience at the Brighton store that didnt go very well, came here and they took care of me right away. Alan, Bill and Justin are very professional and helpful. This will be my new Discount Tire location!
They always do good work!!!! Went in there this morning because my tire was leaking and they found out I had a nail in it. They were able to fix it and also suggested rotating my tires at no charge! I don’t know many places that wouldn’t charge you for rotating or fixing your tire! I am ALWAYS nervous wreck whenever I have to get something done on my car but when I go to Discount Tire they always make me feel at ease! Thank you to all the guys there for making it a great experience and being so helpful!!!!
My go-to place for tires.
Recommendedi went in for a rim leak, when they inspected the tire they told me it eas no good. I was flat broke and i told them i couldnt afford a new tire so they gave me a used tire for free. I will always choose discount tire over any one else!
Had a low tire on our camper and we are from out of state. Stopped by and our tire was repaired for FREE while we ate! Amazing service!!! Thank you!!!
Great service! I'd give it 5 stars, but I'm forced to listen to syrupy country music while I wait.
Need more help 3 hour wait time . Remember to bring your lunch. Tire that had a slow leak is now flat in the parking lot. Makes for a great customer service picture.
I had a blow out on I-96 I rolled into their place after 6 when they were closed. I didn’t realize they were done for the day. They took care of me, sold me 2 new tires and were gracious. It wasn’t until I walked out that I found out they were closed and still took care of me. Thank you !!! Good service good attitude!!! Something you don’t see that often anymore.
