Discount tire has always treated me like they want to keep my business. I had them repair a flat shortly after they opened near me. No charge for the repair. They just asked that I keep them in mind when I need new tires. I think they charge for flat repairs now but offer a credit towards new tires. Seems reasonable to me.
Jon and Matt are amazing. They both put up with my gazillion questions. Dealt with warranty from bad tires going bad too soon and didn't make me feel stupid because I'm a woman. And they rotate free!!! Who knew?
Thank you to Discount Tire Macomb. They were so friendly and efficient today when I had a nail in my tire. I brought Future Leader Dog Murphy with me and they were so polite and accommodating to us. Place is extremely friendly and polite. I have never had such exceptional service in my life. I am definitely going to start coming here more often. Only tire place I know that goes out of their way for their customers. Rotated my tires for free and removed a nail and rock stuck in my tire. My dealership won't even do that without charging me.
Great place friendly guys had a flat they fixed it for free took spare off and put other back on who dose anything for free anymore. Thank you discount tire.
