My husband Stopped in for a tire repair, had every intention of leaving it and picking it up Monday. They repaired it while he waited at no charge! He thinks you guys are the best!
I'm sitting here in line going on 45 min to pick up a tire I dropped for repair that took me about an 40 to drop with 3 empty desks. One guy on the floor come on guys. Lets start with the sale man Nate what a butt monkey not nice or helpfully and eyeballed me like I just asked him to give me his favorite possession . I come all the way to discount because they have care of me....in the past. well maybe taking care of people is a thing of the past. I have loved the customer service over many years at Discount Tire on the corner of Hall Rd & Tilch. Wasn’t pleased this week, maybe a full on the hoist inspection to find everything upfront would make more sense. I paid three times because continued problems supposedly kept popping up. Then I only got one receipt. WhenI called I did get an email with everything else. Simply not the same level of customer service I usually get but I am hopeful things will improve again!
Very fast and efficient. I was only there just an hour. Lots of people were there, but they were moving them out and on overtime. Loved it
