I needed new tires and did not have an appt. but i still got in. I had to wait a couple hours but it was better then having to drop my car off for a day or two at belle tire!!! ...oh! And all the guys there are super nice!!!!
This place just fixed my flat tire for free!!! And it only took like 15mins!!! They were fast courteous and best of all didn't charge me but only asked for us to return when we needed something tire related! Now that's good business, and will absolutely make me a return customer!
Exceptional service. Matt was very courteous and helpful with my new tire purchase. They installed the tires fast and efficiently so that I could be on my way. Would highly recommend this location.

Discount Tire on Hall Rd and Tilch is the best. I've gotten top rate customer service from them each time I've been there, whether it was to buy a full set of tires or to get air checks or flats fixed. As well, I've never waited more than 30 minutes. Their crew is attentive and friendly.
All of the Discount Tire locations treat me well but I especially like the Tilch location. Have also had great service at 16 and VanDyke as well 23 mile at 53 exit and at 11 mile and Van Dyke. That's a lot of locations to provide consistently good experience.
