RecommendedGreat service and commitment to help me out in a situation I couldn’t control. Found myself a new tire place for the future.
I went to Discount Tires today to purchase a full set of tires. It was taking an extremely long time got them to install my tires. I looked on the side view mirror & it was two techs “working” on my back tire. A third tech walked up to the driver’s side & told me they had a hard time removing the lugs bc four of them were stripped & one was moving. Yet, they attempted to put the brand new tire back on my car with the stripped lugs. He went on to tell me they don’t do stud work & needed to be towed to a repair shop. One of th... read more

OMG, I loved the service. I switched over from another major tire place after they wouldn't service me because they didn't take appointments and it was first come first served! I made an appointment online with Discount Tire, pulled into the parking lot and was greeted by someone who took my information and assigned a parking spot to me. I didn't pay online so someone came out to my assigned spot and escorted me in (I was the only customer inside),I reviewed my choices paid and went back to my car. I needed a nail removed from my tire and this is the only place that could get me in before the holiday. Everyone else would have had to keep my car the whole weekend. They did a great work and it was quick. Plus they didn't even charge me!

i went there many time with warranty cheap and too much people like this place.
Doing the right thing. I learned today that they do free rotations and small repairs free of charge. Though my new car won’t need tires during my ownership I wholly recommend because if this policy supporting this vendor.
Only place I go for tires!!
