I want to thank #discounttire for the amazing service I got today. The wonderful staff on hand saw me very quickly. I let them know there was a leak and even though it took a little while to get my car in the port, I don't even mind. I was just siting and waiting to find out what was wrong and all of a sudden someone said my car was DONE. I didnt talk to anyone yet about it and he said it was fixed and there was no charge. I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for several years now. I love the lifetime service for tire rotation and balancing, and the free air checks are especially nice on sub-zero days like today. The service is always prompt and efficient. Today was no exception. I ordered 4 tires online late last night. Scheduled a 9:30 appointment to get them and I was out the door at 10:10
I would go back to get tires from them every time! Great customer service!
If I make an appointment for a specific time I shouldn't have to wait almost an hour for my car to get taken for a less than 15 minute tire change... Also found the same tire cheaper.... Won't be back.
