I just with they would be up front over the phone. They told my wife an hour, took almost three hours.
I went in to get my tire inflated to the proper level. Decided to have my tire checked. I had had to purchase a new tire (as expected) I thought to myself. I got a good deal and my family is not in any unforseen danger. The service was A+ and the wait wasn't bad at all.
They treated my brother like crap! I had to leave work to get my car fixed.
Bought 4 new tires less then a year ago and this morning I got my 3rd flat. Each time it's a different tire! Not only do I have to miss work, my daughter misses school and then I have to wait 2-3 hours in store each time for them to replace it. And they never say what happened to the tire! I've been to 2 other locations with 0 problems. Something's wrong with this one.
Went in on the 28th got two new tires paid 280 waited 3 hours drove home put 10miles on them got up for work at 4am my tire was off the rim lost 600 dollars In pay from missing work and an extra vacation day also had to use one of my aaa roadside assistance got 63 dollars for my trouble. Not to mention I could have been killed If my tire came off on the freeway. Been going for years to this one the one In new Baltimore and Trenton never again Il play extra at the dealership with certified mechanics
I've gotten tires here several times. Went this morning because there is something going on with one of my tires. They said little over an hour. I get it I am not currently a paying customer. I waited 2.5 hours and went up to see how much longer. The clerk said there is still 5 people on front of you. And chuckled when I asked for my keys back. Jokes on them. If I needed a new set of tires because the one was bad I was prepared to pay! I'll be going somewhere else from now on.
Why call and make an appointment when they take you in order you came in? I showed up at 9:25 (my appt. time was 9:30) Car wasn't even taken till 11:00. I could have been there at 8:00, but they said the 1st open appt. wasn't till 9:30.
