Made an appointment. Started running late so rearranged errands so that I would make it on time. Shouldn't have bothered. They put my car at the bottom of the service list.
Been here over an hour past when I was supposed to be done and they just got my truck in the shop. Super aggravated by seeing others given special treatment and let cut in line without appointments! Will not be buying tires here ever again!
