I used to regularly receive great service from this location. Recently it has gone down hill. I ordered a tire and was told it would arrive in 3 days, two weeks passed and when I checked up on it I learned the tire wasn't ordered. When I asked if they could order another and rush deliver it the employee hung up. I am now days away from my trip without the tire I purchased.
I've been a customer for over 20 years. I will not go anywhere else. They always exceed my expectations.

I have been a customer of Discount Tire in several states for over 2 decades. Recently I purchased a set of wheels and tires from the Puyallup, WA location. I had them installed and there were a couple minor discrepancies. As soon as I let Gilbert know, he made it right himself! I did not expect the assistant manager to work the machines, but without hesitation he was on the job for me.
