I always love it there. I worked there for years and I'm happy to take my cars there now that I don't because I know what these guys value - customer safety and happiness. Sure, they'll get a bad review from time to time, but remember, people with bad experiences are 50% more likely to share it than those with good experiences. And let's be honest, we all know that one guy/gal...the one who is never satisfied until they've complained their way into something free ;)
I researched the tires I wanted online, Discount Tire had them already in stock. Their closest competitor needed to order them and they were more expensive. All routine maintenance at no charge and very quick. They always answer all my idiot questions and are very kind. Very efficient and organized. I'll never go anywhere else.
This is the place to go for any and all tire needs. I don't have a single reason to find another place. They're quick, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced. �
This location has been helpful in the past, but that doesn't outweigh their company spending $1,000,000 to put innocent people in jail.
Nick @ Discount Tires Puyallup took great care of me. Matched a super low discounted price from another tire chain. Setup an Appt for the work and they got me in and out quickly when they were already very busy.
Second set of tires I have bought from them (different vehicles). Both times the customer service was awesome! I must of timed both times really well cause my wait time was minimal. I love that you can go online and get prices, compare, read reviews and book appointments. I don't have time to call around to a bunch of different shops to find out prices and get upsold! This is my go to tire store!!!
