RecommendedI went in for a walk in appointment 15 minutes before opening the Friday before expected snowfall and there was a line 14 people deep. I got serviced within 35 minutes and the guy was knowledgeable and helpful. Over the years, I’ve bought over 25,000$ in wheels/tires from Discount. From Lake Havasu City, to San Diego, Wyoming....this store is just pure trash. Clueless employees. Rude managers. The final straw last week - simple rotation and balance on my Denali 3500. I get to Kirkland and the truck is acting weird. All the lug nuts were loose on the truck. 32 of them. One of the center caps wasn’t even reattached. My friends have had similar horror stories with this location as well. Avoid it at all costs.
I've spoken with someone at the store three times trying to order a pair of Nitto Invos for my Mustang, but they have twice failed to actually enter an order. When I called a couple weeks after my initial conversation, they couldn't find the order, then after an extended time on hold, claimed they did but it was on a truck from the east coast. I strongly suspect that they placed (or tried to place) my order again on the spot. A week goes by, no call. Just got off the phone, they can't find the order. I want tires, have money... read more

went to install a tire and they told me until after the new year they had appointments available and the tire bought them on the internet in the page of them, I do not recommend this service at all. i just buy the tire and going to install on diferent place 🤢🤢🤢🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡
These guys know how to take care of customers. I go to Costco for pretty much everything but tires because they really take care of you all the way through the life of your tires. Thanks guys!
