The gentlemen at Discount Tire in Fort Smith are a class act! From the moment I pulled up they were kind, polite, and helpful with ordering the right tires and wheels for my jeep. I recommend them to you if you are in the market for new tires and/or wheels. The lobby is very clean and the workers are all well dressed and we'll groomed! Not your typical garage! Bought a complete set of tires a few months ago at Discount Tire. Got a flat this week and it was repaired. No charge. Customer service was great. Noah Rasdon was friendly and helpful. Even repaired a sensor that had been looked at by two other service departments and the dashboard alert lights are now gone. I will recommend them and continue to use them.
So far I haven’t spent any money here, but I’ve already had service done to my car. That’s right: getting my tire patched was completely free! I will be a return customer. I told my husband that as a woman, I felt very respected and comfortable at Discount Tire. The lighting is great, there is an open floor plan (you can sit on a stool and watch them work on your car), they have complimentary cold bottler water, and the employees have great customer service.
