Today I went to discount tire to get new front tires on My daughter’s car but there was also a leak in one of the rear tires which they told me they would fix for free but when they looked at it they told me it was unsafe to drive on. I decided to buy a used tire however when they pulled it in the shop they came and told me that they had decided to replace the tire at no cost to me and they also rebuilt the tire sensors as well. best place hands down from service to product very helpful and treat you like you really matter I will never go to a different tire shop ever.
I went in to get my tire repaired on my truck at the Fort Smith location. Unfortunately it wasnt something they felt comfortable trying to repair, but they gave me my options and after telling them I couldnt do anything today Russell the senior assistant manager told me to not worry about it that they had a used tire they would comp me as long as I would use them for new tires when I could afford it. Came in for 2 new tires and found out I needed 4. Noah was super helpful and got me an awesome deal for 4. And a much better tire than the one I had been looking at. Treated me with respect and kindness. Also fixed the broken guard on my front end. Highly recommend this place.

I went to Discount Tire on August 9th to have a leak repaired. I told them going in that I just needed the repair and that I honestly did not have the money to buy a new tire. After waiting awhile, Noah comes out to tell me that my tire wasn’t safe to repair, but that they were going to give me a free tire to ensure my safety.
