We had a flag today while in Fort Smith. Pulled into Discount Tire. They quickly assisted me with setting up an account and got my tire fixed and is back on the road!!! They were super fast and friendly. I would highly recommend them!!
Did not like the first set of tires I had put on so I came back the next day and they let me give them back and buy some better tires. The wait time was over an hour but they were really busy. Bottom line is they stand behind their tires and want you to be satisfied. Good customer service.
Best service I’ve had in Fort Smith. It was a busy Monday morning, but everyone was still very friendly. I had ordered the wrong size tires for my vehicle and Jimmy called immediately to suggest another tire to keep things moving. Only took around an hour to change out all four tires - even with issues with my stock lug nuts - which they replaced for me. Definitely happy with my experience!
Discount Tire in Fort Smith is simply the best! I cannot say enough good things. We have bought two sets of tires here and both times, our experience was quick and easy. The second time, they took off about $200 for being repeat customers. We were thrilled. Jimmy deserves a gold star! I walked in yesterday because I noticed a cap missing on my wheel after I had my tires rotated last week. Jimmy ordered me a new cap and it arrived the next day (today) and he got it replaced right away. I am a customer for life!
Jimmy was great help .got the truck in and out in a flash .good job thanks to the staff !
D.J., Ross, and Austin were great to work with. appointment was at 2:30 for a new full set of tires. I was back on the road by 3:09.
