Once again discount tires saves the day! Nail in my tire 10 minutes to closing time and I had an early am flight to catch. Derek said no problem bring it in... You're safety is my priority. Not once did I get the impression I was putting them out when clearly I was. I have used discount tires over a dozen times and each experience has been exceptional.
Bought my 2nd set in 4 months here!! Had such great service we returned. Friendly and professional. Competitive prices. Long wait times due to they are normally busy, but they let you know accurate time frame to expect!
I must thank CHRIS and his manager DEREK from the Asheville store. He is a life saver.... not only did he sell me a tire at a price I could afford. Which was under $50.00 today. But he also balanced mounted and aligned the tires and he also replaced another tire that needed it a no upfront cost to me.... Just a promise to repay as soon as I can. I bought tires and was very pleased with the service. When I mailed in the rebate, the tire company denied it because it didn't cover the tire I bought. I spoke with the manager, paperwork in hand. He immediately apologized and put the rebate amount back on my credit card. I was all psyched up for battle when I entered, all for nothing!
I generally a big "non-chain store" person, but don't think you can beat the professional, friendly service and what I felt were fair prices. Tires balanced & rotated is always included for no charge. In and out in 20 min. Way to go.
Just got my tires rotated and balanced (for the 2nd time). As per each of my previous visits, the crew was very friendly and the speedy service was impeccable. I'm a customer for life! :)
Does not care about you after you purchase your tires . We have purchased 2 sets one for our truck and for my wife's car. We schedule appointments so we don't have to Waite however they tend to still take 2 hours after appointment time to get you done . My wife was told she did not understand how appointments work if this is how they continue to work I will spend all my time looking for a better place and working with anyone I see to re direct them this place sucks on customer service....
