Hutch and Tanner are amazing. I've dealt with both of them since moving to Asheville 4 years ago. They have helped me with tires for both of my vehicles. They are knowledgeable and professional and do amazing work. I only buy tires from Discount Tire and this store is the best I have ever purchased from in the 3 states I have lived.
I had two flats in 2wks 😩 So we went in Friday evening for all new tires. We were headed out of town that night and the guys got us in quickly & we got a great deal! Everyone was extremely helpful & courteous, especially Tanner! The vehicle rides Much better, I feel safer & I have better piece of mind knowing that there's a 60km warrenty with rotation, etc! This place is great!

Great service, very professional operation. They rushed out and met me at my car, minor problem when the tires I reserved had been sold the day before, but they stepped up with a big upgrade at no extra charge. I was out the door with 4 new tires in 45 minutes, thanks Cole.
I ordered two tires on 12/16 and was told they would arrive by 12/22 and that I would be notified of delivery to the store. Since no one called me by 12/27 I called and was told that they should arrive any day and I would be called. I called back on 1/9 to be told they had in fact been delivered to the store but could not be located but that the inventory would be checked again. Great service, people very nice and explained everything I needed to know. Chris helped me and he was very knowledgeable and a great help in picking out my tires.. The person who explained everything when I left has good at explaining the rebate and also helpful. Over all great experience.
