9:15a walked in they put appt time as 12:04p For service There were 7 appt in front of me . Only 2 customers in store - 3 auto in work area with 2 cars in lot. After 1.5 hrs ask if I could leave & come back @12p was told I would lose appt time if I left so I waited I left @11:15a still 6appt in front of me/ there were 8-9 employees working.

Fast, helpful and polite.
What a waste of time. I had an appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early and explained I needed a nail taken out of my tire and my tires rotated. They ensured it would take 45 minutes and they'd come tell me when it's done. I saw my car be brought in about 30 minutes later. An hour and a half later I ask the guy about my car and he's like oh yep it's finished and I go out to go get it and the nail is still in my tire and they didn't rotate any of them.
