I went today to get my tire fixed I arrived at 10:30 was done by 11:15 pretty fast the guy that took care of His name was Justin or Dustin I cant remember but he was amazing

I have bought 3 sets of tires from Discount Tire and the current ones on my car are the third set from them. I was in Abilene Tx for appointments (I live an hour away) when I experienced a flat tire and quickly drove to Discount Tire for help with air spewing from my tire. Upon arriving, I was told there were 15 cars ahead of me and it would be up to 2 hours before they would be able to fix a flat. Another excellent experience at this discount tire! I had purchased NITTO tires on my truck from this location and they drove for about 25k miles and we’re wearing completely uneven (even with regular tire changes). The ride was extremely rough and the road noise was awful. I went in last week to the South 1st location to see what they would do because they were still under warranty and I got offered $200 for all 4 tires even though the manufacture warranty covered complete replacement. These guys are the best hands down, I went in today and asked if they could put a tube into my tiller tire for me, normally they don't however today I was told "in times like this people need to help other people ", I wish I would have gotten his name but I was not charged 1 cent for this service I am so grateful to them it was a huge help to me. I was already a customer but ya'll went above and beyond for me today and I appreciate more than you know thank you so much.
Every time I’ve come here I’ve felt very taken care of. I don’t feel like my wallet is being taken advantage of and I feel they are always honest. Today I had to replace a wheel and two tires and I was in and out in the time frame they quoted me.
Made a 12:15 appointment for a flat tire. Almost two hours later and my car STILL hasn’t moved from the spot I parked in when I first arrived. If you value your time, do NOT go to this store!
Amazing and friendly environment of which the workers gave great customer service and really worked with me on getting a great deal.
