Good customer service I've been a return customer the last three years.
They were busy but very curtious I was in and out within an hour.
When I had my car inspected and the oil changed yesterday, the mechanic notified me of a nail in my back passenger tire. He sent me to Discount Tire for an "affordable" fix. When I got there, the tech told me they would patch it for me and they would do it for free! No sales pitch, no gimmick..absolutely free! What a awesome service they provide to the Abilene community. Thank you Discount Tire!
So, I am on the road from Midland, TX to Shreveport, LA. I had my two dogs with me. I was about 40 miles out to realize I was having problems with back tires. It was getting late, but I called to ask for help, they said come on. I explained I was on the road and with two dogs. He said come on and gave me directions from where I was. I have always liked discount tire -but today they went above and beyond. I had a flat 30 minutes before they closed-and was able to get my car there. In my haste I forgot to leave my car keys ( unbeknownst to me). When I got back to get my car-they were closed. I kind of panicked because my car was in the parking lot and I thought I wouldn't get it back until Monday. My husband was leaving town and I needed my car. Had a nail in my tire they couldn't fix it but got me a new tire at a fair price , and rotated my tores, the employees were very nice and helpful, would go back.
After a long day of traveling from Fort Worth with our travel trailer, 3 young kids & our dog we got a nail in the tire of our tow vehicle. We got to the closest Discount Tire but made it 5 minutes before they closed. We offered to let them keep it tonight & we'd pick it up in the morning. They said it wasn't a problem, they'd get it done tonight & at no cost. We had AMAZING customer service & we are so thankful!
Had a screw in my tire that I noticed after I got off at 5. Stopped at another tire place and they said they couldn't get to it until tomorrow. Got to Discount about 5:30 and with a packed showroom they never hesitated to get my tire fixed - and at no charge. Thanks guys!!
