We were in town for a family reunion, and got a flat tire. We made an appointment online, (so easy) and arrived just a little early. They got our truck in pretty quickly, gave us a free balance and rotation (since we bought our tires there originally), fixed our tire, and replaced the spare. They were pretty busy, but we were in and out within an hour. Discount Tire is a great company.
Went in to get two tires I had a appointment it was kept and they did what I ask them and very friendly.
This is a great place. The guys are awesome. They are helpful but not overly pushy. Edward was great. Thank you
I called ahead from Sweetwater at about 3:00 pm to ask if there was a chance I could get in without an appointment and was told if you get here before 6:00 we'll get your wheels replaced no problem. So, I make the 40 mile drive and they are pretty busy so it takes a while for them to get to my truck. It was actually the last vehicle of the day. They couldn't take lights off right and spun the caps then tried to tell me it was my fault when there the only ones that put the tire one
Way too long a wait but other than that okay like them normally
