Poor customer service, rude management. I'll never return.
I haven't been in yet, but I just read a story about how you helped someone with 4 tires when they could only afford 2.. You have earned my business when I'm in need of new tires and thank you for restoring my faith in humanity.
They finished changing my tires in 2+ hours instead of predicted 6 hours. So busy this time of year.
Took car in at 9:30 am waited until 9pm and then was told they could not put on my snow tires they took off last year they were too old wanted me to buy new ones!! Very rude bought all more tires from them but not any more!
If i could give them 10 stars, i would. This location has the best staff, and really do care about their customers! I have never had anything less than excellent and honest experiences when coming here, and that is why i keep coming back! Thank you Discount Tire for all your help! I would like to give a special Thank you, to the Manager Mike!
They are so professional and helpful! Mike knew exactly what tire I wanted with just a little description. He worked me in because I picked up a huge bolt/screw and I needed tires anyways. Thank you Mike and ALL your crew at Discount Tires!!
