Horrible customer service and sold me a tire that I never got a call about when they said they would call me when it was in. They don’t even have the purchase on file! Horrible I will never recommend them. They even left me on hold for about fifteen minutes. These guys do not know what they are doing and am greatly disappointed in them. I recommend Les Schwab they are coming over to my house to replace the tire that is needed. Discount Tire do not get a hold of me. I am done with you rude people
Dropped off my car at 9:00 am and they said it would be done by 2:30, it’s after 3:00, so either they are liars or incompetent, either way don’t bother going there👎
I purchased a set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac's less than a month ago for my truck. While up hunting, a rock punctured one of my tires. After getting the tire changed and brought to the shop, the guys got me in right away and replaced the tire with a brand new one. Mounted, balanced, and installed in less than 20 minutes! Very impressed on how fast they got this done and got me back to hunting!

If you are tired of the prices of other shops and subpar service check these guys out. I’ve gotten tires for my three vehicles from discount and couldn’t be happier with the price and service. Just got some BFGs for my little commuter car and couldn’t be happier. They also gave me a great deal on tires for my diesel last year. Give them a call to save some money on great brands of tires.
Waited for ever just to get a shitty attitude... Will drive past them next time to go to Les Schwabs
