Fantastic customer service. They work to give you the best price with courteous service. And are they fast, I was in and out in thirty minutes.
We got a flat tire late on a Saturday afternoon. We called and talked to Ryan. Despite “closing” at 6, Ryan told us he’d get us taken care of today. We got the car towed in a little after 6:00 and they finished at 8:00. The whole staff was professional, courteous and smiling, despite them all there working long hours. We could not be more pleased with our experience and are happy to be Discount Tire customers!
Price was cheap. That’s why I gave them a shot. Made an appointment and it took 45 minutes longer than it was supposed to. Then when I left my Tire Pressure Monitor System didn’t work. Should have stayed with Les Schwab.
Terrible service! Ordered two separate sets both didn’t show on time. No call no warning. Just come back tomorrow. Never shop here.

The service there is so quality. I recently needed a valve stem fixed on a tire that I DIDNT buy there, even though I buy all my other tires there, but they didn’t even ask my name, they did it free of charge! Love that.
Friendly , knowledgeable staff 90 mins in and out as a walk in. However get there early this time of year as they are incredibly busy. You can make appointments , but during tire switch season they are currently out to the end of October for appointments.

We are in the middle of a trip when one of RV tires went. Heading to Silverwood theme park, I called Discount on the road and got great service over the phone. Booked an appointment on the Friday, they had me in and out in no time, answered all my questions and were very good to deal with. If in the area I would definitely use them again. Recommend for locals or those on the road. Thanks Discount for the new tires so we can continue our Family vacation.
