Although I've had a few good experiences with this company, what really told the tale was the one I had a couple months ago. I was in to have a rear tire replaced. While watching from the waiting room after what appeared to be a completed job, I noticed the "technician" couldn't get into my driver's door. Lied to, deceived, and taken advantage of!!!! I would like to warn everyone about this place. I had an appointment recently with a quote out the door at one price. Of course when I arrived for my appointment they didn't have my promised tires. I had to go with a set that cost $100 more. Then I was promised a $30 rebate if I opened a charge account. I did, and after I opened it the rebate suddenly became a mail in rebate. I was given no information when I left the store, nor did the rebate arrive with the card or statement. I... read more
