Went for one thing and got another, felt i got taken advantage of not happy at all. Dissapointed!!!
The customer service is always excellent, especially from Jose. He is has gone above and beyond to make sure my tires are well-taken care of! Only downside- No wifi at ALL (not even an xfinity hotspot). I really needed to be able to work on things while I waited.

They are always so busy that I make it a point to show up at 7:45am, on a Saturday, because I am "spur of the moment" guy and making appointments aren't for me. LOL! I walked inside at 8am. Drove off the lot with 4 brand new tires at 8:25am. Almost "NASCAR on raceday" approved. I've always had great service at the Machesney location! As for the tires, not going to rate yet, to new.
Had an awesome experience today at this shop in Machesney Park. The guys at the desk were very friendly and courteous. My tire had a small leak caused by a nail and they had it fixed right away despite looking really busy. My husband had a full set of tires put on his vehicle a couple months ago and we were very happy then too. I highly recommend this shop.
Chuck was wonderful! I got a piece of plastic in my tire driving on the highway & took my tire to them for servicing. Even though I did not purchase my tires there: they fixed, rotated, & put my hubcaps back on (they were off from a previous shop experience) all at no charge. Chuck talked me through all my options beforehand for if my tire wasn't fixable, but lucky for me it was. Thank you so much for everything Chuck! I will be a discount tire customer for life now!!
