Great service from Discount Tire in Machesney Park! Made my appointment online for noon, at 12:04 they drove my car in to replace all 4 tires. At 12:25 it was done, and they were very busy but stayed on time. Thank you!

You can't make everybody happy in this world and you're going to see some negative reviews once in a while. But I have never had a bad experience at the Machesney Park Discount Tire. Any time I've gone in they been very friendly very helpful and have done a great job to get me taken care of and on my way.
Thank you, Discount Tire! I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. After being at the dealer for two hours and them not having the right tire in stock, I was able to pop over to Discount Tire. They had a tire I needed, and Aadam was very helpful and nice. I think I was out of there in under half an hour. The guys who worked on my car were also very nice and know what they're doing. Can't beat that!
I was lied to and long story short, they were rude back to me because they were covering up their lies
