I woke up to a flat tire on the way to an event I was working. And so I stopped by this location after the event due to it being the closest, and WOW the office guys AND shop guys were sooo nice and polite. They handled my issue quickly, and inquired about what I do, and it was the most pleasant experience, especially since I was dreading it lol! Very friendly people ...never tried to sell me anything that I didn't want and though I was becoming frustrated having to go back for a 3rd time to fix some tires ...it turns out my older vehicle doesn't reset itself so looks like the sensors are working perfectly just needed to be hard reset with the little machine because older Jeeps specifically don't reset themselves! Oh man! I didn't have an appointment when I came, was worried about that. The gentleman helped me and walked me through the process. He didn't try and push for a more expensive tire. He listened to my concerns and helped make the process easier. Thank you guys so much! You have a customer for life!
Always feel comfortable bringing my cars here. Have bought many new tires from them over the years and always receive prompt, professional, individual, honest service. Wish they did oil changes and auto detailing also!!! Then they would be absolutely perfect!!!
