These guys stripped the lug nut so it couldn't come off. Sent me to another place said they would fix it for free. Go there they tell me it's good. Nope, nobody could get the lug nut off! Terrible!
The mgr will went the extra mile to make sure a long time customer is safe on the road. I haul a horse trailer... normally alone.. had 3 blow outs the last 4 times I went somewhere.. One on fri headed out of town.. One on monday coming home. Bruce (northwest rep) has been awesome! Will and his crew here have made sure im in good shape and safe now! Carlisle stood behind their tires.. Now if they will stand behind the damages to the trailer! Kudos to Discount Tire for hiring people who actually care!
