I was first in line when they opened at 8:00 and bought 4 tires and had them installed. Back in my car at 8:27! I was freaking amazed.
cause they lie about their general manager being out for lunch, when he is there in his office and try to avoid helping my stepdad replaced the hupcaps that they said they was gonna replaced, after they didnt tighten where one hupcap that fell off on the way home from a tire rotation and replace a tire, it has been a month and my stepdad wanted the district number to file a complaint and they gave him their store phone number.
My spouse and I will not use this location again even though we have been doing business at this location since they opened. Just purchased 2 new tires today and prior to this we had 2 new air pressure sensors installed on same vehicle at this location. After several attempts to get the proper amount of air in the tires after several returns to store in order to make the air pressure light to go off, each time was due, to negligence of improper amounts of air in every tire.
