Very friendly, fast service. I scheduled an appointment online, and was out the door within 40 minutes, with 2 new tires. Highly recommend!
My father in law came in today 7/8/16 to get his tire balanced and the technicians broke a lugnut and sheered the stud and left it on there and then told him there is nothing that they could do and made him leave with a broken tire. WTF kind of service is that?
Danny was soo very helpful when I had a flat tire because of a screw. His customer service is OUTSTANDING!! They were able to repair my tire, and they did it quickly despite it being a very busy Saturday. We have been loyal Discount Tire customers ever since we moved here from Virginia, and we will continue to be customers of theirs for both of our vehicles.
