I was already stressed trying to get two kids to two different schools in a tire going flat. Pulled up to Discount Tire on the recommendation of a family member. I was met at the door with my personal technician and within minutes my Jeep was in a bay. They went above and beyond to fix my tire, check the other three and update me on my tire wear. And they charged me nothing. They have a new customer.

Went to put brakes on the wife's car tonight which has most recently been to this Discount Tire for a tire rotation. They cross threaded a lug so bad it broke when we tried to take the wheel off tonight. If you can't even manage to put lug nuts on straight without pounding them with an air gun, you shouldn't be in business. It's literally the simplest thing you can do when working on a car. They have provided great customer service and gone the extra mile for me. They provided free repair services for me on tires I didn't buy from them because I had bought tires from them in the past for a different car. Highly recommend.
