They have always given me better than expected service. Never let me down even when the mistake was mine.
I found out I had a nail in my tire and they quickly took my car in and were able to patch my tire. And they didn’t charge me! I was so shocked! I’ll definitely come here when I need new tires!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Service was well done. Booked appointment on line and time was honored and they had me in and out in under an hour. I've purchased at least 3 sets of tires from this location and have recommended them on multiple occasions.
Danny was great! Helped me pick out new wheels and tires over the phone while I was at work. I liked his choices and he was so friendly. He really went out of his way!
I had been having the worst day and bringing my 1 year old to get my tired repaired was definitely not what I wanted to do, but this place was amazing. Their time estimate for my car was spot on which helped me when it came to entertaining my baby. Everyone was extremely nice and even gave me time updates during my wait. The people who work here are absolutely awesome and I'll never go anywhere else for my tires.
Great service and prices. I used to shop around for best deal, now I just go to Discount Tires, best tire warranty available also. Mr. Clark is the manager, he was at Rock Hill for years and he moved to the Fort Mill location, I switched as well. I made an appointment and they took my vehicle back almost immediately and I was out of there less than an hour. I drive almost an hour and pass other Discount Tire locations to go there.
The BEST customer service at any of the tire stores that line 160 (and we've used them all!!) Drew helped us today and was fantastic, but we have never had a bad experience here. Great job guys!!! Thanks for getting us back on the road 👏💯🌟
