My new 2017 car was damaged, wheel came off on the freeway at 85 ml/hr because was not tightened proper. I got special order wheels and tires from them with installation, paid $2500.00 and they not taking responsibility. Every mechanic i spoke with assuring me that this happened because all wheels were over tightened.
I want to tell a short story. I own a 2003 Honda Accord with over 150,000 miles on it. Last Wednesday I stopped by Discount Tires in West Jordan to check my tire pressure. The man who was checking the tire pressure said he could not fill the tire on the back passenger side because the tire was worn to the steel mesh. 2 hour wait. 2 empty bays and workers just standing around. Frustrating
They were very busy when I went in. The employees where working hard to get to everybody. The man that helped me was very nice and friendly.

i got new wheels and tires for farmtruck (lipstick on a pig) ... these guys are always fast, courteous, professional ... won't buy tires anywhere else.
