I went to let them know they put the lug nuts on to tight and i’ve been trying to do my wife Sarah Guymon’s brakes on her jeep for TWO DAYS the lug nuts were so tight i broke three sockets and two wrenches to try to get there tires off and could i throw on one side of brake pads real quick considering this had been the second time on her jeep they were waaaay to tight he says no but i can put them to spec NOOOOOO your spec is what got us there in the first place he has ma p… See more

RecommendedI saw a bubble forming on my sidewall at 530 called an asked if i got there at 550 if they could switch out my snow tires for street tires and they said yes. 10/10 will be coming back to these guys. the manager Steven helped me!

RecommendedLove discount tire! They always take such great care of me. Yesterday I had a nail in my tire (that’s less than a year old) and needed a flat repaired. As always they did it for free. They’re the best! Won’t buy my tires anywhere else.
Beyond rude!!! Hugo treated me so disrespectfully. He wanted to charge me $375 for new tires. I’ve never paid more than $290 for my tires. And I’ve been going to Discount Tired for 15+ years! He told me the increase was “due to inflation.” I’m sorry. But the $100+ difference is not inflation. It’s over charging. I even called a different store and they wanted $320 for same exact tires. And the taxes are much higher at that store. I didn’t like how condescending he was. Don’t go here.
Phenomenal service. Knowledgeable! Friendly! Quick! Clean! Highly recommend this crew at this location.
